Max de Grussa (Executive Chairman)
Max established the consulting company Envirotas Ltd (UK), now, a fully owned subsidiary of Envirotas Group plc. Envirotas initiated the establishment of Vireol plc which has joined with Future Capital to build two bioethanol plants in the north east of England to supply fuel ethanol to the developing EU market. Envirotas is also providing consulting services to a range of projects including wind farms and new UV light filter technology projects.
Max has well grounded experience in the establishment and support of developing projects while holding executive positions including Executive Chairman of the Envirotas Group plc, past Chairman of Pure Renewable Energy and CEO of Vireol plc. As an Executive Director of a previous biofuels plc, he was an integral part of a team which brought the renewable fuels project to its successful admission to the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in June 2004. He is currently consulting on projects in the UK, Australia and Europe.
Terence Stacey (Non Executive)
Terence Stacey, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation was an Associate Partner with H. J. G. Samuel & Partners before forming T. P. Stacey & Partners in 1980 to provides comprehensive services for clients, individually tailored to their needs. These services covers both conflict and non-conflict work.
The Practice has an impressive national and international client history with such clients as which includes Costain Ltd, ExtraCare Charitable Trust, Sino Infrastructure Partnership (Peoples Republic of China), Serco Integrated Transport, Anglo Japanese Construction Joint Venture (Hong Kong). Terence has been lead claims consultant on a number of prestigeous projects including Tsing Ma Bridge (Hong Kong), Conway Immersed Tube Tunnel (UK), Copenhagen Metro (Denmark) and the Boyne Bridge (Republic of Ireland) and has advised on many other important projects in the UK and Internationally.
Greville Warwick (Non Executive)
Greville Warwick established MCS in 1989 after returning from the Middle East where he spent eight years running the administrative affairs of several large military and civil projects. MCS is engaged with evaluating and preparing grant and funding applications for capital projects.
MCS clients include KOSTAL GmbH, Metsec Limited, Bluestar Fibres Company Limited, and Synthomer Limited. The institutions providing funds are government departments in the UK and Europe such as Department for Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform, European Commission, Regional Development Agencies (Yorkshire Forward, One North East, North West Development Agency, Advantage West Midlands, SEEDA) and overseas jurisdictions.
Greville is a member of the Institute of Directors and Institute of Management. He works with several long-standing European based colleagues in funding, grants and other advisory and consultancy work. He is a German speaker accustomed to dealing and working in overseas environments. Greville has also published several reports and papers via the European Commission, universities and institutions. He writes articles and speaks on funding and grants and subsidy issues.
